Your pack shipment

The package is generally shipped within two days after payment is received, orders received on Friday from 11:30 a.m. onwards, Saturday, Sunday and Monday will be processed the following Tuesday morning; The average delivery time for products is three to seven working days; During the Christmas period, Boutique Caneppele ensures delivery by Christmas (December 25) for orders placed by December 10.

Packages are shipped via DHL with tracking and drop-off without signature. The courier will provide you a link to track your package online.

In the case of delays concerning deliveries, Boutique Caneppele excludes itself from any responsibility from the moment of delivery of the package to the carrier of reference.

For countries outside of the European Union prices are exempt from VAT ( 22% italy vat ) and do not include import duties, which must be paid upon delivery
Eventual additional local taxes not related to custom import, such as State Tax or Use Tax, are not included and are the customer's responsibility.

In the case of an order with payment method: Bank Transfer, Boutique Caneppele reserves the right to wait for the collection of the said transfer before proceeding with the shipment of the package.

The products ordered will be sent to the postal address specified by the user in the order form.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Deliveries will be made by courier from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding national holidays. Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the user at the delivery address specified in the order form.

It is up to the recipient to verify the condition of the product delivered to him/her.

In the event that the package shows obvious signs of tampering or alteration, the user must accept the delivery with reservation and promptly notify Customer Service by sending an e-mail to: [email protected].
