Legal Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Articles 52 and following of the Italian Consumer Code, any Customer who is not fully satisfied with the purchased items has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the receipt of the goods, without providing any reason.

The fourteen-day period starts from the day following the delivery of the order.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must first contact Customer Service.

Customer Service reserves the right to refuse a return request if the return conditions are not met.

If the request is approved, Customer Service will provide all necessary instructions to proceed with the return. The goods must be shipped within 48 hours from the acceptance of the return request.

Once the request is accepted, the Customer will receive a return authorization form, which must be printed, completed, and included inside the package.

The Customer is responsible for properly preparing the package and must ensure that the items are securely packed and sealed.

The return shipment must be carried out via a courier chosen by the Customer and at the Customer’s expense.

If the Customer is unable to arrange the shipment independently, they may request collection via the store’s courier. In this case, the shipping costs paid by Boutique Caneppele will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Acceptance Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the returned products must meet the following conditions:

  • they must not have been used
  • they must show no signs of wear
  • they must have the original tag intact and attached
  • they must be returned in their original packaging, where applicable
  • if original packaging is not available, items must be carefully folded and properly placed inside the package

Boutique Caneppele reserves the right to refuse a return if even one of the above conditions is not met.

Specific Conditions for Jewelry

For jewelry items, returns are accepted only if the items:

  • have not been worn
  • show no signs of use or wear
  • are returned in the same condition in which they were received

Boutique Caneppele reserves the right to refuse returns if the jewelry items are found to be used, damaged, or not compliant with the above conditions.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following categories of products:

  • customized items
  • made-to-measure items
  • underwear and swimwear, for hygiene reasons, if opened, used, or missing protective seals
  • items ordered specifically upon Customer request from the supplier

Returns are allowed for items purchased on sale.

All returned items undergo a thorough inspection before any refund is approved. If the product is returned damaged, used, or not compliant with the above conditions, Boutique Caneppele reserves the right to refuse the return and deny the refund.

In such cases, Boutique Caneppele is not obliged to return the goods to the Customer.

The Customer is solely responsible for any loss or damage to the package during the return shipment. Upon request, the Customer must provide the tracking number and the name of the courier used.

Refund Terms and Methods

Refunds will be issued only after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Boutique Caneppele will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days from receipt and verification of the returned goods, in accordance with applicable laws.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used by the Customer at the time of purchase, where possible.

For payments made by credit card or prepaid card, Boutique Caneppele uses PayPal as its payment processor. Even if the Customer did not directly use a PayPal account, refunds will still be processed through PayPal, which will credit the original payment method.

For any issues related to refund timing, Customers are advised to contact their bank or PayPal customer service.

In case of payment via bank transfer, the Customer must provide a valid IBAN for the refund. This can be indicated on the return authorization form included in the package.

Shipping costs paid by the Customer for returning the goods will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In accordance with applicable law, the Customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity for all purchased products.

The seller is required to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of delivery, as well as for defects resulting from packaging, assembly, or installation instructions, where applicable.

The legal guarantee of conformity applies only to products with original defects and does not cover damages, alterations, or improper use after delivery.

In the event of a defective or non-conforming product, the Customer is invited to promptly contact Customer Service to receive assistance and instructions on how to proceed.

This legal guarantee is distinct from the right of withdrawal and is not subject to the conditions applicable to voluntary returns.
